Glass Ceiling was a woman lead and venture-backed initiative to empower women through greater participation in film production. Behind the camera, Glass Ceiling would promote women in roles such as director, producer, writer, cinematographer, editor, sound engineer, and more.
Early on, Glass Ceiling gained momentum via word of mouth and industry buzz; however, the platform lacked an online presence. My role was to create a microsite that would promote brand recognition while serving as an interactive infographic and CRM campaign.
